TheTailormade doesn’t provide refunds as our products are Customized specifically for you and can’t fit another person.
However, we will accept Returns for Alterations for apparel purchased through thetailormade.in and that meet the following conditions:
Merchandise must be returned in its original unworn condition and received WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE. Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. TheTailormade reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
Please make sure that the tag attached to the product is safely in place. Pack the merchandise in its original packaging or appropriate carton.
If you’ve received a damaged product: Drop us a mail at email@example.com on our website. We will replace the damaged item ASAP.
